What you'll do...

As the Manager II, Global Operations, you will be central to the continued growth, efficiency, and success of Digital Citizenship. The Manager II, Global Operations requires an exceptional individual who is intellectually curious, enthusiastic, a problem solver, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. The Manager II, Global Operations will be a key project manager and be required to have broad exposure across product, engineering, operations, governance, international and business teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program & project management, production and business operations with some experience with data analytics. 

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Project managing key Digital Citizenship initiatives and providing leadership visibility  
  • Defining frameworks and executing program roadmaps and schedules for multiple workstreams 
  • Collaborating directly with project stakeholders (product, design, engineering, business) to develop and drive overall goals 
  • Identifying and managing critical path workflows and cross-functional dependencies; collecting and analyzing project metrics to manage initiatives and drive accountability; identifying and resolving bottlenecks 
  • Escalating and communicate related issues to mitigate risks 
  • Owning and driving stakeholder engagement, KPI definition, executive updates, and agile practices
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of assigned projects and initiatives to improve efficiency 
  • Supporting development of executive level presentations and perspectives 
  • Strategizing and championing the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, creating dashboards and other reporting mechanisms to ensure that what is delivered meets the original goals and objectives of the organization 
  • Working in close collaboration with our technology partners and business owners to manage product/project related tasks 
  • Defining the metrics that measure success and use data to drive decisions 
  • Participating in cross-functional teams discussions and evaluations during the entire lifecycle of product development 
  • Proactively identify problems that arise, outline options, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed 
  • Having a willingness to acquire skills or learn about emerging areas and technologies as new projects are introduced

  • You’re a project, program, or product manager with strong business acumen and insight who can strategize end-to-end solutions 
  • You can gather input from a variety of internal and external sources to determine a strategy 
  • You respond to the needs of customers throughout the process 
  • You use data to understand problems and determine how to measure impact 
  • Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business 
  • You are very familiar with the agile product development lifecycle and can actively manage a product backlog and user story priorities 
  • You have high standards and can hold project contributors accountable 
  • You’re stimulated and motivated by challenges and are ready to engage at a Fortune 1 scale 
  • You have a background in technology, data, privacy, or governance 
  • You have a PMP or other project management certifications 
  • You have a great eye for detail and can draft simple, clear, and concise documentation   
  • You are comfortable communicating with senior and executive leadership  
  • You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • You’re a master at making complex subjects easily understood through text and visuals 
  • You “get things done” and have a “can do” attitude 
  • You are comfortable in taking the initial steps to solve problems 
  • You enjoy owning and developing plans for highly complex strategy, supporting long term business plans and executing prioritized strategic initiatives 
  • You are tenacious, dedicated and thrive working with ownership and autonomy 
  • You thrive while balancing multiple workstreams and priorities  
  • You can adapt quickly with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and flex where needed 
  • You can build trust based, strong relationships with internal and external partners

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
