About the Social Commerce Team
We are focused on creating innovative customer experiences that shape the future of retail and commerce. Walmart is an early pioneer in social commerce —an area that is fundamentally transforming the way people discover and shop — through our efforts in shoppable livestreaming, social shopping tools and partnerships, and platforms like Walmart Creator. Our ultimate goal is to create cutting-edge experiences that shorten the distance between product inspiration and purchase, and make it easy for customers to shop.
About the Role
As an Associate Director of Digital Media, your focus will be to build, lead and define measurement and attribution goals, specifically for Walmart Creator. You will partner with analytics, product, business, operations, ecommerce and others. You will need to be a savvy self-starter who loves building from the ground up, leverages data to inform scale, and has excellent communication skills.

You will make an impact by:
Contributing to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects, priorities in a fast-paced and growing segment of Walmart ecommerce business
Leading with a performance mind-set to build our strategic framework around our Walmart creator analytics and forecasting pipeline in partnership with other teams
Developing short- and long-term forecasts along with related analytics, identifying trends and the impacts they make to our performance
Manage delivery of forecasting models, and relatied presentation to stakeholders under strict timelines
Delivering key data-driven business insights, working with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities that drive business / product strategy
Partner cross functionally with teams to identify and build reporting pipelines and dashboards
Collaborate on goals with the Product, Data Science, and other Analytics teams to understand growth and risk factors of new and future product releases.
Working effectively with our Business, Product, Technology, and Data teams to understand our strategy and operating model and translate that into the right analytic approaches, data requirements and data models
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
You are a storyteller using data and excel and have strong mathematical skills
You have experience solving new problems – digging in and finding answers
You have affiliate and budget planning experience and understand how fees and commission work together
You operate with customer centricity at the forefront
You can collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information and data with attention to detail and accuracy
You have experience driving understanding of customers and their interaction with products through in-depth analyses of user behavior and engagement
