Provides over-site of 3rd party distribution center operations by monitoring day to day performance and processes. Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating performance metrics. Communicating distribution center performance expectations and recommending processes to increase productivity, providing guidance to solve short and long term facility exceptions and deficiencies and overseeing processes to insure accurate and timely distribution and delivery.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Warehouse Operations by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Leads cross functional teams by organizing meetings with departments and divisions; setting agendas and meeting management goals; communicating forecasted fixture needs; collaborating with senior management to define goals and objectives of programs; and redefining, changing and improving core business processes across project management and warehouse work groups.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures and mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating and applying suggestions for improving efficiencies and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach programs.
Ensures the execution and implementation of value added strategic initiatives in 3rd party distribution centers by serving as a liaison between the Realty teams and distribution centers. Analysis and evaluates distribution center financial performance against company expectations by analyzing profit and loss performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 2 years’ experience in
architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in architecture, construction management,
engineering, or related area.
