The Associate Creative Director dives deep in our fashion & home businesses to infuse our storytelling with greater craft, consistency and creativity. This position leads a team of writers & other creative partners to dig deep on these important businesses and provides creative oversight and direction, as well as rolling your sleeves up and owning the work. Either way, you’re looking to send something out into the world that does good in its own small way.
What you'll do:
Contribute to the development of the creative messaging strategy by keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape, as well as collaborating with creative leadership, creative agencies, business owners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable ideas and messages.
“Own the room” as a representative of the creative leadership team by asking the right questions, challenging the status quo, and presenting and defending our work to stakeholders at every stage.
Oversee activities and assignments within the fashion editorial, fashion product copy and home editorial teams by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure all internal/agency partner output is in line with overall brand strategy, brand voice, and campaign objectives.
Become a valuable creative thought partner and leader alongside the Creative Directors for the fashion and home businesses, partnering with them at every stage to eliminate barriers and build better, more thoughtful and cohesive work
