You’ll make an impact by…
Leading the continued design and strategy of Walmart’s Global Antitrust Compliance Program, including risk assessment, policies and standards, training and awareness, and monitoring.
Setting global compliance program objectives to be implemented by a team of antitrust subject matter experts located in each of Walmart’s businesses around the world (the “team”).
Organizing and leading the global team in a manner that encourages best practice sharing and innovation across markets.
Developing the team’s compliance program acumen and antitrust knowledge such that the talent and program continues to mature.
Setting program strategy with internal stakeholders such as audit, regulatory risk assessment, continuous improvement and the central training teams.
Staying apprised of relevant business, legal, policy and judicial developments in order to identify emerging or changing risks and translating those developments into meaningful learnings for the compliance program and other internal stakeholders.
Partnering with Global Governance colleagues to guide the business on antitrust matters across the markets.
Actively participating as a member of the global antitrust Center of Excellence.
You’ll really WOW us if…
You have proven experience developing and implementing antitrust compliance programs
You take an innovative and creative approach to developing tools, controls, requirements, training etc. designed at preventing antitrust risk
You are experienced in leading people, including developing team members and setting and ensuring completion of objectives.
You have worked at the DOJ, FTC, a State AG Office, a competition authority outside the US, or a multinational company.
You have experience in consumer retail, e-commerce and/or consumer product environments.
You leverage technology and data to streamline processes and monitor compliance program effectiveness and risk levels.
You have demonstrated ability to learn a business and partner with and influence business leaders.
Location: This position is seated at the Walmart Home Office in Bentonville, AR or Washington DC. Currently, we are not considering a remote or hybrid role.
