Directs activity planning content for specific business units by understanding and determining how to deliver content for events, programs, and processes to store operations; providing input to the construction of multi-year fiscal year look-ahead program calendar; providing visibility to senior leadership on content creation for planned activities and identifying potential risks to delivering initiatives balanced against store operations activities; assisting in influencing and positioning content to support initiatives for success while minimizing disruption to the business or store operations; driving creation and alignment to the content development, prioritization and execution of key business strategies.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or a related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or a related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
