Are you looking for a great opportunity to join Fortune #1 and play a key role in the development and delivery of the new Home Office campus real estate strategy?  Our Corporate Real Estate team is hiring a Senior Manager, Campus Merchandising to create and implement a cohesive vision and strategy around retail opportunities across the Walmart Home Office campuses.  In this role you will work cross functionally across Walmart US Merchandising, Marketing, and related teams to understand the associate needs.

What you'll do...

  • Responsible for creating and implementing a cohesive vision and strategy around retail opportunities across the Walmart Home Office campuses
  • Establish relationships with Walmart US Merchandising, Marketing, and related teams regarding opportunities for retail sales
  • Develop an understanding of associates needs and shopping behaviors as well as upcoming trends and brands in the marketplace
  • Maintain and foster relationships with Marketing teams on locations and content for physical & digital Spark Shops across the Home Office campuses
  • Establish and lead new programs for associates that leverage Walmart’s merchandising teams to promote, launch, and test new products and services across the campus
  • Partner with internal Dining and Events teams to integrate private brand snacks and wellness products in select locations
  • Sustainable P&L, inventory, and point of sale management

  • Passion and energy for enabling the associate experience.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or product marketing management
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-college experience in areas directly relevant to responsibilities described above. 
  • General knowledge of industry merchandising operations, assortment planning, Planograms, customer buying patterns, inventory management, logistics and marketing techniques.
