Our focus is on functional use cases that merge diverse data streams and personalized information with specific physical locations to create productive and entertaining immersive real-world shopping experiences.

About The Role:

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager.  In this role you will help define, execute, and deliver a product roadmap for our AR Consumer team. You will develop and execute product roadmaps and features based on team strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Consumer Product to gather requirements

  • Discovery--Identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and execute product strategy, roadmap, and features for the Consumer-facing team.

  • Based upon the above, create compelling use case definitions that are actionable directly into our user experience design and engineering workflows.

  • Planning: Work with Project Manager(s) and Engineering lead(s) to define success criteria, goals, and metrics.

  • Development: Create the mockups, work to refine specs.

  • Manage and develop the Product Manager(s) on the team.

  • Lead with a servant-leader mindset

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, business development or technology

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of product development.

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with voice interfaces

  • Familiarity with augmented reality

  • Experience with games or similar 3D software creations

  • Ecommerce experience a huge plus

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external customers

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners

  • High attention to detail including precise and effective stakeholder communication, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in product management or related field OR 6 years’ experience in product management or related field.
2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
