Partnering with the top brands in the world, the Creative team at Walmart Connect produces executions that are audience-led, insights-driven, measurable, on-brand, and ultimately lead to a memorable experience for the end-user. We care about the user experience and design creative solutions that will be useful and delightful for them while also delivering against brands’ objectives/KPIs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, innovative, strategic creative leader who has managed and led creative teams focused on Video. You will inspire and drive change while developing and executing world-class, effective creative strategies for brand standards and visual systems that bring brands to life across different audiences, products, channels and types of communication. You know the formula for developing breakthrough creative that drives results. You will be supporting all of our unique verticals (i.e. Food, Apparel, Consumables, etc.) working with various advertisers to create compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to create and produce compelling digital solutions that align with business objectives outlined in project briefs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered with both Walmart and partner brands in mind.
  • Lead, define, and oversee production of content storytelling within short and long-form video.
  • Improve efficiency of the video production work by creating new templates, graphic elements, style guides, and processes to deliver against high-volume asks.
  • Deliver high-quality assets in multiple formats for various platforms and devices, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and OTT.

Position Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of creative video experience, especially in omni channel, multi-brand retail industry.
  • College degree; BA or BFA preferred in Design, Advertising or related field.
  • Passion for audio/video editing, production, and motion graphics.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe CC: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Animation experience plus use of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D related software.
  • Solid organizational skills, detail oriented. Capable of working on multiple projects concurrently in a very fast paced environment, ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
  • Enjoys working with others and collaborating with a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated, managing projects effectively.
  • Passion for Walmart, our partners, products, marketing, and advertising.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 4 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 6 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.
