What you'll do at

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Ensures customer satisfaction by communicating with customer to ensure furniture and cabinet design needs are met; assessing and resolving customer complaints; coordinating furniture and cabinet design changes or requests; and following up with customer throughout furniture design process
Designs custom furniture and cabinet solutions by identifying customer needs; designing functional furniture and cabinets based upon location of finished project; coordinating final design for acceptability; visiting site of installation for final project; determining time line for project completion; scheduling installation time with customer; and following up with customer after installation.


Procures materials for custom furniture and cabinet projects by negotiating with vendors on price and availability of materials and new products; purchasing materials required for project completion; picking up and arranging delivery of materials; ensuring delivery of correct items; providing receipts to Administrative Coordinator; and tracking materials billing.


Delivers and installs furniture and cabinets by scheduling installation for time that causes the least disruption to customer's schedule; arranging transportation to installation site; and attaching furniture or cabinets to wall or floor.
Ensures materials are available for projects by contacting suppliers and maintaining inventory; negotiating prices; selecting vendor or supplier; ordering materials; contacting suppliers; and receiving and storing material.


Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, and guidelines by ensuring team members wear personal protective equipment and use tools according to manufacturer and safety guidelines. Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities. Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.
