The Consolidation and Reporting Team is responsible for the consolidation and review of the financial results of all of our International Markets as well as our US Segments.


This position reports the Senior Director over Global Consolidation and Reporting activities on behalf of the Company’s Global Controllers’ Office (“GCO”).  This position plays a key roll in enabling the success of the GCO through a focus on technology support of GCO activities.  The position is also plays a key linking role with our technology organization and works to support our consolidation system and drives an effective change management and support process in support of our current consolidation system (Hyperion Financial Management).  Additionally, this position will play key role in the support of the implementation of a new global consolidation system over the next two years.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

  • You have previous consolidation systems experience.
  • You have experience with foreign currency and International reporting.
  • You have retail experience.
  • You have experience in SAP, HFM and tools such as Wdesk, Tableau and Power BI.
  • You have proven experience reporting in compliance with SEC guidelines and US GAAP.
  • You drive results with strong financial acumen and technical/analytical capabilities.
  • You have a great eye for detail and can articulate points in a simplistic approach.
  • You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have high standards and can hold project contributors accountable.
  • You are a change agent and are adaptable.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Ability to partner closely between the business and IT.
  • Understand a close and consolidation process for financial statements of a complex entity.
  • Understanding SOX internal control documentation and supporting controls.
  • Participate in various initiatives such as M&A activity and system enhancements for SAP and HFM.
  • Delivering training where necessary to support consolidation and reporting teams globally
  • Partnering with international markets and segments in support of their consolidation processes
  • Presenting to leadership on significant changes impacting consolidation systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversees financial reports, balance sheet accounts, and financial audits for business areas by analyzing financial data; comparing data with third-party information, budgets, or actual results; researching and reviewing research of balance sheet account variances; discussing business impacts to the profit and loss within accounting rules (for example, generally accepted accounting principles); ensuring audits are managed for timelines and accuracy; and facilitating the relationship between team, internal customers, and external specialists. Manages accounting operations by researching emerging trends and standards of external governing bodies; utilizing knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards to perform financial statement analysis and accounting; identifying, correcting, and reporting discrepancies in financial statements and accounting transactions through documentation to ensure compliance with government reporting requirements and statutory filing procedures; and collaborating with external stakeholders to review and validate financial documentation. Ensures reporting compliance by reviewing to ensure consistent application of policies, rules, and regulations; reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting internal financial statements and supporting documentation for compliance with accounting and reporting regulations and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
