Are you ready to design and execute talent acquisition programs for the world’s largest retailer? The Senior Program Manager II is a critical design-thinking role that will conceptualize cross-enterprise Talent Acquisition programs including the next generation of the campus recruiting experience, diversity & inclusion programs, military recruiting, events & conferences, and recruitment marketing. You will have the opportunity to operationalize the newly created talent acquisition diversity & inclusion strategy and framework, including creating playbooks with guidance and tools for recruiters. Supporting the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Programs, you’ll engage and collaborate with your stakeholders to identify strategic partnerships and connection points that will accelerate the impact of TA programs.
You’ll make an impact by:
Developing business cases to pursue investment in TA programs
Collaborating with stakeholders including Associate (Employee) Resource Group chairs and members, the Officer Caucuses, HR business partners, the Culture Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Knowledge teams, among others.
Developing communications including executive presentations
Researching best in class and innovative practices in recruiting and extrapolating key themes and findings
Researching strategic partnerships that will accelerate the impact of TA programs
Developing assessment criteria to prioritize TA investments at recruiting events, conferences, and college campuses.
Creating and maintaining dashboards to measure impact and progress of TA programs

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operationsmanagement, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area. 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
