This team within Store Nº8 is reimagining how families shop and manage their households. They are hard at work designing new products that simplify the shopping experience and integrate naturally into a customer’s routine.

About the Role
As the Marketing Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting our adoption and engagement goals across both Voice and Text products. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, data analytics, product, and consumer insights to execute team learning objectives across multiple channels and platforms. You’ll implement and launch CRM initiatives, determine audience segmentation, surface trends, and ensure that we have a strong analytical framework and understanding of our campaign and initiative performance across the entire user lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need CRM know-how and a growing list of accomplishments in analytics and/or operations. You’re eager to roll up your sleeves and work on a fast-moving product where there’s many opportunities to develop your own strategy and execute.
You will work closely with consumer insights, product, and design teams to prove product-market fit and inform product development, develop and launch go-to-market strategy through trial and adoption and deliver an experience that millions of Walmart customers love.

Core responsibilities

Develop & launch CRM initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership with Product Marketing

Own technical campaign implementation and troubleshooting. Build and launch audience segments and email journeys

Support survey builds and query development with Consumer Insights team

Report on channel performance and campaign outcomes

Build and maintain reporting dashboards

Build relationships with stakeholders across Store No 8 and Walmart to set up event tracking, build integrations, and support collaboration across the organization

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of professional experience with a primary focus on marketing analytics/operations/CRM

Proficiency in SQL

Experience in implementing campaigns on CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot)

Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)

You’ve got a keen sense of curiosity and are eager to problem solve and look around corners

You have exceptional project management and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail

You express your ideas and points of view clearly and effectively with peers and leaders.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs: New York City, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, or Bentonville

The annual salary range for this position is $95,250.00 to $158,750.00.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
