What you'll do...

People Development: Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance. Mentors less experienced associates and managers. Conducts performance and career development conversations, if applicable.
Creative Asset Development: Identifies and prioritizes project objectives and leads creative asset development across multiple projects, providing input and collaborating with creative leads across projects.
Creative Brief Review: Reviews and understands creative briefs developed by Marketing Strategy and Planning, Customer Experience or ECommerce Category Marketing. Begins to build awareness of entire portfolio of creative briefs (past, in development and future/planned).
Brand Management: Manages visual branding across specific channels (e.g., website, print materials, digital campaigns, videos, training materials, packaging). Supervises advancement of the brand voice through creative content development.
Innovation and Strategy: Executes creative strategies and tools aligned to the customer experience strategy, leveraging knowledge of industry trends and business needs, to drive innovation and execution.
Project Management: Manages a team of individual contributors to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects, programs or portfolios. Provides input to strategy/roadmap for team, leveraging business domain knowledge and expertise.
Budgets and Financial Management: Performs cost/benefit analyses, makes recommendations on and manages assigned budget for team.
Collaboration: Works with agency partners from inception to completion and resolves complex issues. Collaborates with other Marketing groups (Advertising, Marketing Strategy and Planning, Customer Experience, Digital, etc.) and stakeholders outside of Marketing (e.g., Category Management) to coordinate tasks and ensure campaign alignment. Partners with internal Finance team and Accounts Payable to coordinate payments to external vendors.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.
