Join the Walmart US Legal team and advise the business on legal rights, obligations, and risks for the world’s largest retailer. This Counsel III, Advertising & Media role will provide legal support for Walmart Connect (previously known as Walmart Media Group), by providing transactional, product and marketing support for our advertising sales business and ad tech platform. You’ll make an impact by:
Negotiating a variety of media related agreements (including digital advertising insertion orders, platform terms and conditions, custom content agreements, vendor/master services agreements, and sponsorships)
Reviewing marketing and advertising materials and communications
Supporting the development and review of new advertising products and services
Evaluating and assisting with the development of standard operating procedures, policies, guides, training and communications
Providing legal advice by providing clients with an informed understanding of the client's legal rights, obligations, and risks to allow the client to make informed decisions
Leveraging technology to streamline processes, communication, and workflows
You’ll sweep us off our feet if…
You have ad tech, advertising, marketing and/or media buying experience
You thrive working in fast paced environments, with a high volume of transactional work
You have a strong track record of negotiating complex agreements with some of the largest companies in the world
