Focused on the IoT work-streams across Energy and Facilities Maintenance. Engage outside of the immediate organization to coordinate more broadly within Walmart. Key competencies are Program/Project Management, Facility with technology and data, Relationship building/management for influence w/o direct authority. Specifically:
Program management of the IoT initiatives – enumerate initiatives, track progress and report on such, identify and manage dependencies, coordinate teams, help align priorities and facilitate business outcomes.
Engagement with other teams outside of Energy and Facilities Maintenance concerning IoT and data
Data governance – define data inter-dependencies or gaps across uses cases and applications. Develop governance processes, gain cross-team alignment, monitor/report on status
FM IoT spec – partner with Walmart Technology and business stakeholders to develop a spec for executing IoT Proofs of Concept that can scale
Partner with IoT workstreams’ Product Managers to understand the space, define our IoT vision and identify opportunities that will take us there
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business
plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring
progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work
environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching
for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in
architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management,
engineering, or related area.
