The Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Project Management Office Change Management team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new services and technology across the enterprise.  We gather user insights that lead to system enhancements in order to continuously improve the user experience.  By delivering helpful materials and digital updates we help managers and associates learn to use new tools, so they can focus on what matters most - supporting our customers and members.


The Senior Manager II, Change Management will work with key stakeholders inside and outside of Enterprise Business Services to ensure awareness of strategic programs and initiatives, leadership support and user adoption.  In this role, you will leverage a variety of change management skills to help managers and associates adopt new tools and to understand ways to improve their experience.  By relentlessly focusing on the end user, you will utilize existing channels and explore new ways to provide timely and compelling updates to keep tech users aware, engaged and excited about the work we’re doing. You will be instrumental in engaging associates within Enterprise Business Services and will work closely with Walmart’s Global Communications team to inform Walmart Global Tech and the broader enterprise of EBS’ initiatives, news and progress.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have a background in change management and/or communications
  • You are skilled in graphic design, and using imagery to tell a compelling story
  • You enjoy creating web pages as a way to connect with your audience and share information
  • You can take a large amount of complex information and distill it down into a message that’s easy to follow for leaders, managers and associates
  • You have experience creating high-quality videos to drive awareness and engagement
  • You are a PowerPoint expert and can use it to communicate complex information in simple and compelling ways
  • You build strong partnerships that enable you to successfully lead your remit while also following enterprise norms and expectations set by Walmat Global Communications
  • You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable working directly with senior leaders
  • You enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment with new challenges every day

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of projects and deliverables across a variety of areas within Enterprise Business Services
  • Partnering with business stakeholders, including Global Communications, to determine the best ways to reach target audiences
  • Finding the right mix of information sharing and training to help tech users adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Partner with Global Communications to leverage communication channels across the company and identifying new ways to share messaging with end users
  • Using a digital skillset to enhance the sharing of information
  • Gathering end user data to understand opportunities to improve the user experience
  • Partnering with senior leadership to execute communications within Enterprise Business Services to build a cohesive and connected organizational culture
  • Frequently switching gears between design thinking and rapid execution
