What you'll do at

Develops innovative strategies to solve complex supply chain issues by defining stakeholders and team members; presenting data-driven recommendations to cross-functional business owners to gain buy-in for proposed process changes; and building relationships with executives and directors in all functional supply chain areas (for example, Logistics, Merchandising, Store Operations). Directs strategic projects related to supply chain initiatives by organizing timelines and deliverables; directing supply chain strategy design sessions; educating cross-functional teams on project management and implementation concepts, problem solving processes, and process improvement strategies; reporting results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders; and advising supply chain stakeholders (for example, departmental management, functional business owners) on best practices for process integration. Ensures the alignment of recommended solutions, tools, and processes across impacted business units by reviewing design proposals, data reports, and implementation plans submitted by project team members; tracking, identifying, and resolving discrepancies; and verifying accuracy and completeness of final deliverables. Assumes Senior Project Manager roles in his/her absence as defined by next level of management by attending meetings; working directly with project team on specific projects and analyses; providing directional advice and guidance regarding supply chain issues to functional business owners; and escalating high priority issues to management as necessary.
