What you'll do...

This position is responsible for assisting the facilities and building maintenance team with capital projects located in California.

Position Description:

  • Assist with coordination and documentation of meetings related to facilities maintenance and construction

  • Provide administrative support such as taking notes, creating excel spreadsheets, sending emails and using editing tools on adobe acrobat

  • Asist with tracking budget and purchase orders

  • Must be able to attend and participate in building and construction site walks located within the Bay Area

  • Complete other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

  • Experience or interest in facilities and building maintenance and reading construction documents a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent is required.  Higher education or certifications preferred.
