What you'll do at

The Sr. Business Operations Program Manager works across business, product and engineering teams to drive cross functional alignment and enable growth of the business. The right candidate will lead and execute on strategic initiatives, analytical insights, drive organizational change and put SOPs in place which helps the business to run efficiently with the customer at the center point of all decisions. What you'll do Provide cross functional leadership and represent the business in cross functional meetings with Product, Engineering and Business projects. Understand and document roadmap needs that support the business and help provide business cases and analysis to help prioritize line items with Product partners across Pre-Transaction, Search, Personalization, Catalog, CMS Tools when it regards site experience, pulling in SMEs within the category for their expertise. Assist in leading ad hoc special initiatives that tie to critical aspects of the Sam’s Club dotcom business plan Estimates feature impact on KPIs and measures KPI performance and communicates to stakeholders Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in digital trends and competitor innovations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of site management. Prioritizes complex workload. Regularly communicates clear timelines, status update and requirements to internal customers at all levels, including senior leadership Influence various teams to engage across the business Reviews site feedback and customer NPS regularly, spotting opportunities to improve the experience and sharing feedback to Site Team SMEs who can help provide resolution Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions that enable business teams to be more efficient.   Drives program management process improvement by overseeing and/or conducting gap analyses; evaluating and determining practicality of improvement opportunities; developing improved processes based on best practices and standards; ensuring alignment of process improvement with department and company strategy; providing guidance to project leads on process improvement; gaining buy-in and approval from leadership on process improvements; and overseeing the implementation of processes. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications
