Site Experience Possesses knowledge of Site navigation; site standards; visual merchandising methodologies; site tools and administrative systems (for example, Tempo, Tango). To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Builds and optimizes sites for one or more departments by designing and executing unpaid traffic plans, category displays, product layouts, and featured items. Drives customer behavior and traffic through search results, navigation strategies, and collaboration with cross-functional partners in Marketing to reach customers. Makes recommendations to internal business partners on site changes based on customer insights (for example, purchase and navigation history).

Influential Communication Possesses knowledge of: Verbal/nonverbal behaviors; application and allocation of business communication styles/techniques in ambiguous and challenging situations; situational awareness; communication channels/mediums; interpersonal skills and universal relationship building. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Organizes thoughts and communicates credibly and concisely within assigned scope. Presents to and influences team members and business partners, conveying messages through a basic understanding of the relevant context. Utilizes relevant data and fact-based information to articulate results and provide a recommendation in a structured manner. Actively listens to others, seeks and and provides constructive feedback, and provides ideas/recommendations on processes. Proactively builds professional network.

Market and Customer Analysis Possesses knowledge of: Data gathering and reporting tools; market data sources; customer behavior analysis methodologies. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Uses customer analytics for basic forecasting purposes. Interprets customer analytics results and presents findings to management. Creates business analysis reports from customer analytics data extracts. Researches characteristics and segments of an assigned market. Researches and provides data on ongoing and planned market activities and their implications to leadership. Analyzes the validity and reliability of market research results. Provides data and insights to senior management based on market research results. Captures the number of visitors to websites and the number of pages viewed for the purpose of improving web site efficacy. Tracks visitor behavior on websites, including drivers and conversions to online purchases. Uses web analytics to gauge market trends. Category Strategy Management Possesses knowledge of: eCommerce retail environments; merchandising strategies and plans; business plan development processes. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Identifies novel methods to attain business efficiencies and incorporates necessary changes in collaboration with suppliers and merchants. Supports the execution of short/long-term plans and monitors the progress of work as required to meet objectives. Supports the identification of savings opportunities. Makes recommendations and executes plans. Supports the development of category-level strategies. Demonstrates an understanding of organizational business plan, immediate environments, and the possible impacts of events and activities on the organization. Applies a broad business understanding to assess potential impacts on the performance of the organization and works to improve the performance and processes of the organization. Identifies data and information for key decision-makers or stakeholders to support understanding and decisions. Communicates business perspectives and understands stakeholder perspectives on issues at hand. Identifies stakeholders, internal and external, to communicate individual requirements. Conducts analysis to support initiatives.

Product Management and Innovation Possesses knowledge of: Product discovery processes; product roadmap design methodologies; prioritization approaches. For discovery phases, collects information to enable of the preparation of requirements and understand the rationales for activity prioritization. Participates in industry and competitive analysis. Communicates problems to solve, desired features, and roadmap items to team members. Monitors and analyzes data under guidance using simple tools.

Campaigns and Launches Possesses knowledge of: Campaign processes; program/project management tools; promotional tools and methods; promotional guidelines. To be able to carry out the follow: Supports the development of launch plans, considering relevant factors and business requirements. Monitors the performance of promotions and reports findings to appropriate parties. Supports the coordination of campaign resources. Executes activities within a specific scope of service.

Site Structure Management Possesses knowledge of: Search engine optimization; site structure; site taxonomy; web analytics tools. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Translates research insights and metrics, including research from other sources, into actionable recommendations that inform site design and business strategy. Utilizes multiple tools and methods for monitoring and assessing the performance of search engine optimization. Implements and operates the basic functions of search engine optimization tools (for example, keyword explorer, web analytic tools). Participates in keyword management (from discovery to action) for a certain product or service.

Reporting and Insights Possesses knowledge of Database tools (for example, SQL, Oracle); visualization tools (for example, Tableau etc.); storytelling through information. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Gathers data, information, and content from site and other digital channels. Cleanses data for manipulation. Use knowledge in data discovery tools and techniques in diverse scenarios under guidance to identify valid, novel, useful, and understandable patterns. Supports the understanding of customer requirements and designs data representations for simple data sets from site.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in design, business or related area and 1 year’s experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.
3 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.
As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate.
