What you'll do at

Supports the implementation of business initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and implement initiatives; removing barriers; collaborating cross-functionally on assignments with internal and external stakeholders to understand the results of analyses by communicating results and findings; ensuring alignment of projects with the company strategy; working with the Finance team to determine project metrics; and collaborating with the Communications team to develop project communications. Develops and directs one or more work streams of a cross-functional project by ensuring scope of work is completed; designing project plans; organizing project timelines and deliverables; facilitating meetings involving stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives; recommending appropriate operational processes; develops and manages project requests and timelines by establishing project requirements; communicating project status, details, timelines, and available resources; planning and executing resource allocation; declining and renegotiating requests; finalizing, approving, and delivering projects; taking corrective action as necessary to drive project results; communicating project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders; identifying root causes and developing potential solutions for initiatives; and making recommendations based on data and observation. Aids in the implementation of projects by serving as subject matter expert on compliance risk; providing guidance on proposed projects; developing and implementing scorecards and other tracking mechanisms; supporting specific area by responding to requests for ad hoc reports; compiling and analyzing data; and reviewing solution outcomes.
