What you'll do at

The Analyst, Product Catalog Operations is responsible for monitoring product catalog operations and ensuring product data quality and integrity. Your goal is to create an excellent customer experience through operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Master all Jet Product Catalog Operations: Take ownership of the product pipeline, product catalog health and the services behind these operations
  • Technical Expertise: Create ticketing workflows, training materials and high-level analytical reporting
  • Contribute to Team Excellence: Become part of a fast-paced and tenacious team of Analysts that manage cross-functional operations while also leading teams of Support Specialists in other geographic locations, both domestic and abroad


  • Learn everything there is to know about product catalog operations and how they affect the customer experience
  • Continually challenge yourself to learn more and grow the scope of your role
  • Own and optimize operational and service reporting
  • Create, write specifications, and deploy new processes
  • Lead by example, contribute to our values and adhere to our high standard of performance

  • Bachelor's degree from a rigorous undergraduate program with demonstrated high academic achievement or relevant experience 
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to learn a highly technical role quickly

Bonus points

  • Valid experience in SQL, Python, Looker
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Proven track record of innovation and tenacity
