What you'll do at

This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Essential Functions An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Executes project work streams to completion by completing project tasks; identifying potential issues with projects and developing mitigation recommendations; reporting updates on projects; tracking and reporting time spent on projects; supporting and aligning reporting efforts to meet stakeholder needs; developing written and oral presentations for diverse audiences (for example, management, customers, suppliers, business intelligence and analytics staff); and providing subject matter expertise for reporting projects.

Supports business intelligence solution roadmaps by gathering required information; coordinating subject matter experts in appropriate business areas; collaborating with data experts and other business intelligence and analytics experts; coordinating the evaluation of customer and supplier solutions; and presenting application solutions to diverse audiences (for example, analytics associates, business customers).

Supports complex business intelligence and reporting solutions by researching potential solutions; making recommendations to meet end user business objectives; updating business data; creating visual prototypes and design documentation; monitoring solutions and troubleshooting any issues; completing dashboard and reporting specifications; and creating reports and visualization of information to effectively communicate results.

Develops business intelligence solutions with customers and other system areas by ensuring testing and validation; managing upgrades and release schedules for business intelligence and database products; ensuring requirements are met to support implementations; ensuring development of reporting system documentation; developing materials for state of the art user interfaces that enable business users to interpret trends and exceptions; and reviewing change implementation before and after production installations.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or business-related field OR 2 years’ experience in information technology, human resources, or business-related field.
