What you'll do at

Jet is growing, and we have an amazing new opportunity for an Amenities Coordinator on our People Experience team. As the Amenities Coordinator, you’ll manage our robust collection of employee perk offerings—from lunches to transportation to fitness and more! You’ll not only lead the amenities program at Jet, but you’ll also build our program by integrating new amenity options and partnering with leads at our other locations to share ideas and ensure equity. Your goal will be to build upon a competitive amenities & perks program that engages our employees, enabling them to live and work brilliantly.

What you’ll be working on:

  • You will manage and enhance our current amenities program offerings and related vendors
  • You will be the face of the program: answering questions, requesting feedback, leading rollouts, etc.
  • You will engage employees through effective internal communications to share information and updates about the amazing perks and programs we offer 


  • Lead the operations, tracking and logistics of the Amenities & Perks program ensuring they result in great experiences
  • Assist in the conceptualization, design, order and vendor management for our global swag programs
  • Be the primary point of contact for external vendors and invoice tracking
  • Maintain and build our community discounts including new partner sourcing
  • Manage the Employee Swag Store platform and program support, including troubleshooting product maintenance 
  • Manage food service programs
  • Manage the fitness membership program
  • Organize employee celebrations i.e.: birthdays, work anniversaries and other moments of recognition

About you:

  • You are self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to successfully manage concurrent multiple projects
  • You are action-oriented and can successfully drive results that solve problems in fun and creative ways
  • You want to do things in our industry that are yet to be done
  • You want to be a part of one of the fastest growing ecommerce companies around where the only constant is change
  • You are an entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong focus on all details—big and small—for each of our programs
  • You can gather data and metrics to inform leaders and contribute to strategic decisions
  • You have been responsible for leading or co-leading programs autonomously and have done so successfully
  • You have a great sense of humor


  • 1 to 3 years of work experience (including internships) in a People, Talent, Program Management, or CX role (within a startup environment is a plus)
  • Superb verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work well in an ambiguous constantly changing environment
  • Collaborative and professional team player able to work independently
  • Results-focused and will “roll up your sleeves” to get things done
