What you’ll do

The Senior Analyst, Technical Operations will drive cross-functional projects in customer care, supply chain and product development to improve customer experience for Walmart.com and Jet.com.  This role’s impact includes decreasing defects in the online shopping experience and fulfillment process, as well as improving other key drivers of customer satisfaction and loyalty.  The analyst’s work will inform and shape requirements for new technology development projects across the company.  The role requires both analytical and project management skills to implement new solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data to find root causes of system and process errors
  • Develop new processes to improve customer experience
  • Build business cases to justify systems development or process improvements
  • Collaborate with software and product teams to design and deploy new systems features
  • Build KPI dashboards to standardize reporting and analysis

Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in customer care, supply chain or operations
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or similar field

  • Software product management experience
