What you'll do at

We are seeking a Manager, Site Analytics professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: Have primary responsibility for investigating, extracting and translating A/B experiments data into business insights and communicating to product managers & business leaders. Turn hard data into actionable insights and compelling stories to inform multi-million dollar business decisions. Develop and drive data driven site strategies and tactical execution plans that optimize the customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers and strategists, marketers, finance managers and business leaders to solve the most pressing and challenging problems that face our business. Work with marketing, merchandising, and/or customer analytics groups on a variety of exciting projects. Deepen business understanding of customer, marketing, merchandising, and site data. Frame the right questions, write queries, and perform ad-hoc analysis to support immediate business data needs. Create and automate best-in-class reporting and dashboards, while ensuring data integrity. Provide clear recommendations and next steps based on insights generated. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering (Any), or related field and 2 years of experience in business analytics.

Skills required: Demonstrated SQL knowledge. Experience in big data analytics. Demonstrated knowledge of Excel dashboards and experience with PowerPoint. Experience with Site Analytics, Statistical Analysis, Hypothesis testing. Demonstrated knowledge of web clickstream data. Tableau dash boarding experience. Teradata, Hive, Spark, PostgreSQL experience. Demonstrated knowledge of R programming for statistical analysis. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
