What you'll do at
Leads the development of presentations and communication materials for the company by gathering information from multiple sources and compiling it into presentations and reports for the use of executives and investors; partnering with Corporate Affairs to present a positive company image to investors and stock analysts; reviewing press releases and presentations for various events (for example, Analyst Days, Investor Conferences, internal corporate events); developing creative solutions to meet business goals; ensuring data accuracy; ensuring all publicly reported information meets Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines; and working with executive leadership in crafting communications and materials that present the company's point of view.
Manages development of the company's annual report and supports the global responsibility report by managing the annual project plan to ensure timely completion of reports; participating in the selection of suppliers who complete the reports; directing suppliers and other departments in writing report copy; partnering with suppliers to conduct photo shoots for pictures included in the reports; printing and publishing the final versions of the reports; coordinating executive presentations and interactions with investors and stock analysts at events; and ensuring compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory compliance filing deadlines.
Ensures compliance with government regulations (for example, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements) by reviewing information being prepared for public disclosure; editing information for accuracy and appropriateness of disclosure; and making recommendations to senior leadership for release to public.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, economics, or business- related field OR 4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, economics, or business-related field.
• 2 years’ experience developing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or related presentation software.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
