What you'll do at

The Sr Coordinator/Project Manager provides support for the Executive Recruiting team for Walmart Global eCommerce. This person is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and expedient. It is imperative this position work cross-functionally with partners in Bentonville, New Jersey, New York, Omaha and executive leaders and their assistants, recruiters, sourcers, and external search firms.

This role manages all internal search updates on a weekly basis. This role is usually the first impression to our candidates, as s/he arranges all prospect and candidate interview schedules, travel, and pertinent documentation for the candidate. S/he will also greet and escort candidates for onsite and video interviews, providing a white-glove experience. The Project Manager will collect all interview feedback in a timely manner and create a consolidated feedback report.

The Project Manager also manages all post-offer processes including submitting all candidate reimbursements, creating and sending offer letters and documentation, conducting background checks, scheduling drug screens, initiating relocation services, submitting WeMRC for new hire setup, and sending onboarding communications.

The Project Manager leads special projects including PowerPoint decks, data collection and analysis, and process improvements. The role ensures all documentation is saved appropriately for easy reference. S/he will assist in tracking invoices and meeting with finance partners for forecasting purposes. The Project Manager will use current recruiting tools as well as stay up to date on new tools that could be used to continuously improve processes.

This role requires a team player who works collaboratively with the Executive Recruiting team to keep searches moving quickly. This person is constantly thinking of ways to improve processes to be more efficient in order to create a better experience for candidates and hiring managers and save money.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field and 2 years experience in human resources, talent development, program management, or related field OR 4 years experience in human resources, talent development, program management, or related field.
