What you'll do at

We are seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: Day to day support of A/B Testing activities and communication of A/B Test Readiness and Execution status for different Test Campaigns. Work with Product Managers and Engineers to implement and execute A/B Tests. Write business/functional requirements for the cross functional projects related to A/B Testing. Ensure accuracy of data capture across multiple Testing tools. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Web Analytics and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Provide A/B Testing subject-matter expertise to project team members. Ensure thorough Acceptance Testing of A/B test campaigns. Analyze the results of A/B and MVT tests on Present timely, compelling, fact based test findings that explain the business “story” behind the data detailing not only what happened and why, but delivering insights that drive action. Collaborate with business partners to validate hypotheses and help stakeholders to think about site opportunities and future test plans. Work with Testing and Optimization team to foster a culture of data-driven decision making. Monitor health of pages by tracking error rates, user engagement, visits, click through rates and other success metrics. Build dashboards for product managers and other users to assess health of page independently on a daily basis. Perform ‘deep dives’ by querying database additional metrics and performing analysis to investigate breaks in trend or answer business questions from business partners.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations, or other quantitative field and 2 years of business analytics experience.

Skills required: Experience with R (Statistical Analysis). A/B Testing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental and applied statistics in order to perform web analysis and set up A/B tests. Demonstrated knowledge of Web Analytics. Business Analysis experience with presenting timely, compelling, fact based insights from data. Demonstrated knowledge of databases and data architecture in order to perform queries and optimize on reporting / data querying. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills gained through academic coursework, research or work experience.
