What you'll do at

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: Perform operational data analysis to develop, execute, and improve action plans. Design and perform analyses to address and resolve operational concerns, including: generating all Operations reporting for SOX compliance documentation, including inventory adjustments, cycle count performance, and available-to-sell inventory status; creating SQL queries, Tableau dashboards, and Visual Basic tools for fulfillment center operations to track inbound and outbound flow, and quality performance; and supporting GIS and Engineering teams in documenting user requirements for data storage and visualization improvements in Teradata and other corporate reporting and database systems. Drive the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality. Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any) or related field and 5 years of experience in the data analysis field, or related experience.

Skills required: Demonstrated knowledge of Teradata and SQL. Experience with Oracle and Tableau. Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain functionality. Demonstrated system knowledge of Master Data, Forecast, Demand, Item File, SKUs, and DFUs for Data Analysis. Experience in Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables, Graph and Chart development, VLookUp, Macro and Visual Basic Programming. Hands-on experience in automation of manual reporting and different KPI reports with scripting language and Tableau tool. Demonstrated knowledge of Distribution Center/Fulfillment Center Data reporting and creating KPIs for it. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
