What you'll do at

Demonstrate and apply general knowledge about retail, strategic sourcing and procurement, and / or supply chain


Receive guidance on specified actions / tasks and exhibit initiative to work independently

Seek to understand requirements / expectations via regular engagement with manager / supervisor

Develop and execute problem solving strategies including defining and executing project planning

Conduct industry and supplier research as directed

Collect, integrate, and analyze data / information to detect patterns, draw conclusions, and propose solutions

Integrate and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and/or external) to develop and support the implementation of business solutions

Generate compelling business cases and deliver results in an organized, methodical and effective manner

Benchmark other teams, organizations, companies, industries to learn and apply organizational / functional excellence techniques / approaches

Focus on cost and expense reduction by recognizing and capitalizing on continuous improvement opportunities

Exhibit creativity and resiliency to adapt to adjusting and/or competing priorities in order to meet customer and organizational objectives

Foster business relationships and partnerships by complying with company policies and procedures and supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications

1 year experience using presentation programs (e.g. MS PowerPoint)

1 year experience using data analysis software (e.g. MS Excel)

Bachelor degree (complete or in progress) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

1 year experience financial analysis and/or financial forecasting

Training or experience in project management

Multi-lingual (e.g. Spanish, Chinese, Japanese)

Experience living, studying, or working outside of one’s home country

Master Degree (complete or in progress) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field
