What you'll do at

The Supply Chain Operations team is looking for individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate innovative thinking, analyze data and insights at scale, and above all else strategize daily about how to best meet the needs of our customers. The Associate Operations Manager role sits under the broader technical operations team and is responsible for managing long term systems integration projects while establishing and driving key results. This person will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with fulfillment systems and dashboards, while performing operational analysis through the use of backend queries in an effort to identify opportunities for process improvement or system enhancements where appropriate. A successful candidate will have a mix of business and data analysis experience, the ability to work well with cross functional partners including fulfillment engineering, software engineers, and product mangers.
Support the business by actively managing and improving our end to end order visibility while improving data integrity. Build reporting to monitor process health metrics that will validate new features and reduce operational impacts to customer experience.

Position Description
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in operational data analysis and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures that supports the mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Supports the implementation of business and technical solutions
• Solves complex operational problems/issues while being data driven


Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in supply chain operations or related field
Proficient in MS excel and SQL
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to influence and lead cross functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and present findings
Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations research, Statistics, or STEM related fields

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in supply chain, business, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or STEM related fields
Experience in Tableau, Visual Basic, and with advanced Macros a plus
