What you'll do at

Supports the implementation of the change management framework to maximize the realization of the organization's business strategy by
benchmarking with internal teams and external partners on best-in-class change management systems and processes; advancing the implementation
of change management methodology for the organization; supporting the development and implementation of metrics and measurement
methodologies to monitor and determine effectiveness of change management initiatives; supporting the development and implementation of program
change readiness assessments to evaluate readiness and address potential areas of resistance, and preparing and rolling out potential future change
management plans and resources.
Consults and facilitates on division-wide change management processes and issues by providing change management consultation on new
initiatives; collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure understanding of change management philosophy and methodology; leading
the resolution of root cause issues within established processes; leading the resolution of performance and resistance gaps and developing and
implementing solutions to address both, and aligning people, processes, and platforms to drive delivery of change management strategy and increase
speed of adoption.
Manages change management transition strategies within the organization to minimize resistance and maximize adoption and usage by leading
change management education and awareness initiatives; equipping leaders with practical change management and communication tools and
approaches; supporting the development and managing the sponsorship and change support accountabilities across the organization; supporting key
stakeholders in change engagement, implementation, and adoption, and identifying and coordinating resources across the organization in support of
change efforts.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business
plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring
progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work
environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching
for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to
others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business
partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and costeffectiveness;
and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, change management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in human resources, business, change
management, or related field OR 6 years’ experience in human resources, business, change management or related field.
2 years’ leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology, international relations, business, or related field.
8 years’ experience in human resources, change management, or related field.
Change management certification.
