What you'll do

  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
  • Drives the execution of talent management programs for designated business units
  • Ensures consistent execution of the company's human resource (HR) practices, systems, personnel-related activities and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Implements associate engagement plans for designated business units
  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Demonstrate HR analyst as well as generalist experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 3 years' experience in human resources or related field OR 6 years' experience in human resources or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Human resources certification (for example, PHR, SPHR, GPHR).

Strong HR analytical background as well as HR generalist experience
