What you'll do

We are seeking a Software Engineer III professional in our Sunnyvale, CA office.


Duties: Build solutions that enable sophisticated automation and workflows. Implement cutting edge models and algorithms that operate on massive amounts of data. Develop high performance and scalable solutions that extract, transform, and load big data. Help the team leverage and contribute to open source technologies. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Software Engineering and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Participate in the discovery phase of small to medium-sized projects to come up with high level design, including configuring logging within application systems and writing and executing database queries against relational databases. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions, including working with the team and data scientists to come up with complex algorithms that may be required for optimization of supply chain processes, e.g., capacity management, routing of vehicles, etc. Provide support to the business. Troubleshoot business and production issues.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Position does not require specific years of experience but requires listed skills.

Skills required: Designing High Availability, Fault Tolerant Software. Writing high performance code optimized for running large number of transactions, background and adherence to security and encryption measures to protect client data. Using Mathematics to provide solutions. Java, Javascript, AngularJS. Spring, Hibernate, RestFul Apis. Relational/Non Relational Databases. Cloud Configuration and management tools. Knowledge of Analysis and design of Algorithms and data structures. Data organization management storage for optimum effectiveness.
