What you'll do

• Key member of the San Bruno-based team that leverages technology in solving bottlenecks and seizing opportunities for improved customer experiences post purchase, through simple, scalable, high impact solutions; some projects underway include
o Enhanced GM & OG Check-In: customer benefits + $15M savings
o Intelligent Substitutions: customer benefits + $22-35M savings
o Refer-A-Friend: customer benefits + $8.5-10M in new revenue + $200M+ (15-20%) savings
o Customer Communications (Improved Transactional Emails/SMS/IVR/Focus Groups): customer benefits + savings TBC
• Works with cross functional teams (product, engineering, field operations, process, marketing and more) to deliver results timely
• Strong customer focus background, some experience of tech processes, and track record of delivering results timely
• Position based out of San Bruno office with 5-10% travel to stores and competitors
