Senior Manager, Partner Services-Payments

What you'll do

  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Leads current Merchandising process identification and evaluation
  • Leads the development and implementation of Merchandising processes and tools
  • Manages training on and implementation review of Merchandising process improvements
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field and 2 years experience in process improvement projects, or related field OR 4 years experience in process improvement projects, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years experience in Merchandising or related field.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
