Senior Manager Territory Sales (Denver, CO) - Sam's Club

What you'll do

  • Assesses the impact of industry changes, trends, and developments on relationship marketing programs and member experience strategies
  • Develops and implements appropriate concepts, best practices, and techniques (for example, membership pricing, benefits, and services) to activate and engage business members
  • Develops business member strategies, goals, and activation plans for growing business membership and sales
  • Directs efforts to achieve membership goals in multiple territories in accordance with territory sales plans
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Ensures territory and club-level pipeline development
  • Manages conversions through the sales funnel to result in successful new business member acquisitions
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years' experience in a sales management related position or 5 years' experience in a sales management position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years' experience in a sales management related position or 7 year's experience in a sales management position.
