What you'll do

Duties: Focus on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor insights to build and deliver compelling products and services consistent with Walmart mission and principles. Responsible for determining, developing and driving execution of the Business Growth Strategy. Partner with Digital Store Operations and other functions for day-to-day business and operations management. Oversee vendor relationships, invoice processing, forecasting and inventory management. Deliver on assigned projects, builds and solutions. Execute on daily/weekly/monthly financial plans. Identify and resolve defects, reduce waste and improve overall efficiency to reduce the operational cost of the business. Proactively identify and champion process improvements. Coordinate with multiple partners to migrate a back end system to a new platform, in order to enable a seamless customer experience. Supervise 1 Associate Business Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations or Supply Chain Management, or related field. Position does not require specific months/years of experience but requires listed skills.

Skills required: Knowledge of a consumer-focused e-commerce environment. Leading operations of a large warehouse and large teams with detailed knowledge of warehouse management systems. Statistical Analysis using Minitab tool. Data mining and creating dashboards using SQL and Teradata. Capacity Planning and Resource Allocation in an e-commerce environment. Process Improvement using Six Sigma methodologies and creating Process Improvement Models using VBA and Visio. Implementation of process and policy changes in e-commerce environment. Requirements gathering and implementation of new products in a technology focused environment using Agile methodology. Financial Analysis such as cost-benefit analysis and implementation of monthly and weekly financial plans. Knowledge of Inventory management and fulfillment strategies. Vendor Management. Any amount of experience with the required skills is acceptable. Knowledge of the required skills could have been gained through academic training or professional work experience.
