Manager, Strategic Partner Development

What you'll do

The Manager, Strategic Partner Development will be responsible for designing business solutions and leading strategic programs around the Partner (seller) side of our Marketplace Platform, including new service and feature offerings, external partnerships, tools, platform policies, and communications governance, etc. This will involve owning the analytics (operational and experience data), insights development, and program incubation that lead to the strategic programs you will drive.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Business, economics, computer science, engineering, etc.)
- 4-6 years professional experience, preferably including a mix of retail, eCommerce, and/or marketplace experience
- Demonstrated experience in deep data analysis, including insights development and communication to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- 1-2 years experience at a Top Tier management consulting firm
- MBA from a top program
- Basic understanding of SQL (or willingness to learn)
