What you'll do

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Partner Success, Partner Services in Retail Operations is responsible for defining and implementing partner success for marketplace and DSV partners across, Jet, and associated U.S. based ecommerce properties including Shoebuy, Hayneedle, Moosejaw, and ModCloth. This position is a functional leadership role managing a team of associate managers who work with sellers across all retail categories to motivate our high potential sellers to long-term success as measured by contributions to assortment, online revenue, and partner net promoter score. By working closely with senior leadership across the organization, this role will directly contribute to Walmart’s ability to scale partner success to thousands of partners in a predictable and measurable way.

Successful candidates will be able to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, customer-driven environment and demonstrate strong business instinct/judgement to drive innovative thinking. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration across retail, product, and operations organizations to build long-term, scalable seller solutions. This person will be expected to work by Walmart values and embody the business in a positive light at all times. 

Position Description
Sets strategic direction for partner success across marketplace sellers and DSV for, Jet, and all eCommerce U.S. based properties.
Lead and manage a team of partner success associates to deliver to retail category assortment priorities and high growth expansion needs.
Partner with Walmart@Labs on roadmap priorities to optimize partner success at scale.
Use the latest in tools, technology and process to analyze data and generate insights to rapidly grow and scale partner success.
Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

5-8 years of related work experience in ecommerce and marketplaces
5-8 experience in business development and/or sales management
Customer service experience supporting internal and external partners
Excellent strategic and analytical skills to solve complex problems
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate people at every level, cooperative working style in a cross-functional organization
Technical competencies in e-commerce operations and Salesforce
May include occasional travel to other U.S. ecommerce locations and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with growing high visibility programs- affiliate networks, partner programs
Performs well in a team environment with competing priorities, multiple projects
Objective, enthusiastic and flexible
Proactive – always looking for ways to improve
MBA a plus
