What you'll do

Leads the development of functional solutions for Retail Ready Packaging by creating packaging solutions for categories (for example, engineering,
standards, structural creative design); identifying business needs; identifying, developing, and implementing retail ready designs; analyzing and
interpreting sales and damage data; developing insights from data to address conclusions; managing supplier and buyer partnerships to ensure
standards are being met; and providing insights, innovation, and trends for packaging to the leadership team.

Assists in the expansion and management of the domestic packaging supplier base by identifying; influencing and collaborating with key
stakeholders; providing feedback on effectiveness of business practices; influencing and collaborating with stakeholders on the development and
prioritization of initiatives to execute strategy; creating and maintaining metrics to measure effectiveness of initiatives; driving and building business
support; and managing the evaluation of supplier performance in terms of contract agreements and compliance with company policy.

Leads business customers through project management processes relating to Retail Ready Packaging (for example, budgets, staffing plans, change
management plans, documents of understanding, scope statements) by meeting with business units to develop project plans; creating communication
plans to announce leadership, the project team, and stakeholders' procedures; working with the business unit and project team to determine project
approval parameters; and managing the approval process for project parameter changes.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

2 years’ experience developing, designing, diagnosing, implementing, measuring, and following-up on projects.
