What you'll do

Leads the development and implementation of processes and tools
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Works closely with business stakeholders to understand their priorities from both a business process and business tool perspective
Leads identification and evaluation of current work flows for business Category owners
Maps ideal workflows and drives process improvements
Identifies best practices, as well as opportunities for efficiency gains and overall improvement
Helps identify & surface Process & Tools gaps & opportunities
Develops business Tool roadmaps
Keep projects moving with appropriate level of urgency

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field; MBA preferred
2 + years experience in in a project management, program management or operations role at an ecommerce company
OR 4 years experience in process improvement projects, or related field.
Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills with internal & external audiences; polished and professional demeanor and good listener.
Great people skills with a passion for bringing teams together
Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments, functions, and geographies.
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike
Work and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to build consensus and deliver end-user value within prescribed time frames
Ability to work autonomously but also effectively collaborate
Possesses project management skills to map, develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, plans and metrics - organizing & maintaining program related documentation

A strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in very fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

4 years experience in ecommerce Retail Merchandising or related field.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
