What you'll do

Develops innovation designs and solutions for defined requirements by evaluating current state of the business and capabilities; researching solution
options; designing and developing solutions (for example, prototype design, processes, equipment, staffing, technology) within structured options;
researching and recommending broader solutions to ensure optimized initiatives; analyzing initiative results and providing recommendations;
presenting recommendations to leadership; and executing the implementation of designs and solutions.
Leads small innovation projects or project workstreams by collecting and determining requirements of projects and innovation opportunities;
determining deliverable needs; gaining buy-in on deliverable requirements; ensuring deliverables are completed and meet the project requirements;
reviewing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs); gathering input from project teams and senior management; identifying risks and
communicating these to the project team and leadership; and consolidating project information and providing an overview to leadership.
Analyzes and interprets information for projects and proof of concept testing by gathering information and feedback from various channels (for
example, observations, surveys, informal communication); collaborating with internal business partners (for example, Global Customer Insights and
Analytics, Store Operations) to identify and develop insights on the data; using various analytical methodologies (for example, gap analysis, time
studies, root cause analysis) to identify the problem to be solved; developing impactful tools and resources to synthesize and communicate the
metrics; evaluating concept test and providing feedback to project team; analyzing the results (for example, sales impact, cost savings, return on
i nvestment); and ensuring the highest level of data integrity and accuracy to improve innovation solution and business efficiency.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Travels domestically to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring consecutive overnight stays.

Entry Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Real Estate, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in program management, design
innovation, financial analysis, retail, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
4 years’ retail experience.
4 years’ experience with concept and solution testing design, methodologies, and metrics.
2 years’ project management experience.
2 years’ retail store process design experience.
2 years’ experience in financial and business analytics.
2 years’ experience in training, teaching, adult education, or related field.
2 years’ experience in technology (for example, product management, analytics, development).
