What you'll do

Location: 5300 Westport Parkway, Ft. Worth, TX. 76177

Ensures human resource (HR) compliance by creating and maintaining associate records; processing personnel actions; and ensuring personnel records meet legal compliance requirements.

Supports human resource (HR) information technology by identifying process improvement opportunities; serving as a subject matter expert and user acceptance tester for HR systems implementation; and evaluating and providing feedback on HR technologies and applications.

Provides support for human resource (HR) and business data analyses and management by identifying, collecting, validating, and formatting data; identifying and escalating risks and concerns; summarizing data for reports and presentations; creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates; and maintaining information security and confidentiality.

Facilitates or provides resolution for human resource (HR) inquiries (for example, payroll, benefits) by acting as the direct customer interface; training customers on systems and processes; answering and escalating questions; and identifying and receiving HR-related inquiries or requests.

Provides administrative support for human resources (HR) by tracking, updating, and coordinating reports; monitoring timelines for projects and initiatives; developing and improving tools; compiling and publishing data for compliance; consolidating and tracking status updates on projects and key performance indicators (KPIs); updating project scorecards; monitoring HR processes; answering HR-related inquiries; and identifying improvement opportunities.

Provides administrative support for recruitment by organizing and coordinating meetings and events; creating presentations for meetings; acting as a coordinator for visiting associates and guests; verifying data and information; and entering data into company computer systems.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Additional Qualifications

1 year experience working in Human Resources.
