What you'll do

Oversees and leads supply chain execution for Supplier Solutions team by overseeing an item flow path channel from supplier to store to best fit
sales, in-stock, and profit metrics; ensuring the collaboration between suppliers, Logistics, Transportation, Merchandising, and Planning as it pertains
to supply chain management (for example, inventory levels, flow paths, seasonal flow plans) to ensure sales, in-stock, inventory, profitability, and
strategy goals are achieved; leading the coordination of timing for the movement and arrival of merchandise across the supply chain; developing and
presenting recommendations to business leadership to address conflicting goals; overseeing the identification of order exceptions, disruptions, and
supply chain constraints (for example, natural disasters, manufacturing, transportation) that will impact supply chain execution; and overseeing the
development and coordination of resolutions.
Ensures the identification of ways to improve supplier efficiency and oversees supplier relationships by ensuring the identification of improvement
opportunities (for example, on time in full (OTIF), truck load optimization (TLO)); overseeing training and onboarding material for suppliers; providing
leadership, building strategy, ensuring execution, and managing relationships; addressing performance issues and providing training when necessary
(for example, supply chain fundamentals); and establishing and reinforcing desired behaviors and service expectations to ensure efficiency and
accuracy.
Oversees order smoothing process to better meet customer demands and manage inventory by driving the most economical method to order product
while satisfying customer demand; understanding the relationship between optimal product quantities and price reductions; comparing historical
information and current demands to influence flow decisions; overseeing the monitoring of order cadence and adjusting as needed; ensuring system
data (for example, SQL, Alteryx) is synthesized and interpreted to understand supply chain inefficiencies; and proactively identifying ways to reduce
costs through the supply chain process.
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing
business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting
resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement
opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting,
selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and
existing talent.
Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all
programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading
key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate
business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4 years’ experience in retail, supply chain, or related field OR 6
years’ experience in retail, supply chain, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

8 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, ore related field.
6 years’ experience working with cross-functional teams.
