Experimentation Analyst

Experimentation Analyst

What you'll do at Walmart Labs

Walmart.com's new leadership are driving for data driven decision making across the entire organization. To support this transformation we have built a world-class Product Analytics group within the Product Management team. All the pieces are in place to drive an explosion in the volume of experiments we run to inform business decisions. Running experiments is a team sport - as we ramp up the number of experiments we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment and can calmly manage conflicting priorities.

We are hiring for "an Analyst's analyst!" to provide analytic support, coaching and leadership to the product analytics team as they execute experiments with their product partners. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable working on experimentation edge cases as well as the day to day. You love sitting down and helping solve problems and push the boundaries to drive quality and excellence in experimentation. You want to be recognized as a thought leader in this space and a mentor to many. You use you business judgement to decide when to take ownership (to expedite decision making) and when to coach (to build team strength in the longer term). Ultimately you help our product teams execute experiments with the minimum of fuss and maximum impact.

You are passionate about helping Walmart build, test and launch amazing product experiences by being a critical part of the best experimentation team on the planet!
