What you'll do

Plans and directs multiple medium to large, cross-functional Digital Relationship Services projects or programs by defining the scope and objectives
of the project or program; working with key stakeholders (for example, Technology, Global eCommerce, Legal, Store Operations, Compliance,
Finance) to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project or program; facilitating project team meetings to
analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives; coordinating planning activities (for example, business requirements, risk assessment, target date);
ensuring tasks are executed as defined in the schedule in order to achieve goals; managing changes (for example, scope, schedule, costs) to the
plans; reporting results and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership; and ensuring the project or program enhance the customer's mixed-channel
Ensures implementation of project plans, changes, and solutions by communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders (for example, Technology,
Global eCommerce, Legal, Store Operations, Compliance, Finance) to manage expectations and build trust; prioritizing critical issues for root-cause
analysis; ensuring resolution of critical issues; monitoring execution and milestones of the project or program; tracking and reviewing high-level
deliverables; and preparing and presenting weekly performance reports to senior leadership.
Evaluates project or program performance by comparing financial projections to actual results; identifying and analyzing key performance indicators
(KPIs) and trend data; conducting return-on-investment (ROI) analyses; reviewing customer response and feedback from key stakeholders;
identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues; collaborating with teams across the company to leverage processes in order
to increase service and product capabilities; and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business
plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring
progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work
environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching
for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to
others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business
partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness;
and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail services, program management, technology, product
development, or related field OR 6 years’ experience in retail services, program management, technology, product development, or related field.

Additional Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
6 years’ experience in project or program management.
6 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
6 years’ experience in consumer financial services, mobile retail technology, financial technology, eCommerce, or related field.
Professional Project Management certification (PMP).
