What you'll do

Leads the process improvement, technology, and systems solution process by managing the active search for new and innovative technology
solutions; identifying and providing recommendations on internal technology and systems that can be leveraged as solutions to existing departmental
issues; building internal and external networks; benchmarking the industry to source new systems solutions and innovations; working collaboratively
with key stakeholders within internal teams to accelerate technological advances to departmental risks; identifying the root causes of non-compliance
and developing mitigating strategies for improvement; and managing the coordination of tests or pilots for new systems and/or processes.
Directs strategic initiatives to improve customer relations by identifying initiatives and key metrics; revising strategy to meet changing business needs;
collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to develop and implement system enhancement strategy and solutions; communicating the compliance
strategy to ensure understanding and acceptance across divisions; ensuring systems meet compliance obligations, and legal considerations;
identifying technical and conceptual solutions; overseeing implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders both domestic and globally;
reviewing implementation strategies; prioritizing business requirements; reviewing completed projects to develop correction of errors and best
practices for future systems enhancements; collaborating w/internal teams to evaluate and test new systems and technology; working with senior
leadership to ensure alignment with goals and objectives; and bench marking new methodologies and practices to identify & improve results.
Drives the strategy for systems by prioritizing enhancements to existing systems; presenting system enhancements that meet compliance obligations,
potential risk mitigation, & long term business strategy; reviewing system enhancement needs & providing unique solutions; prioritizing customer
requests; allocating team resources; streamlining processes and leveraging efficencies to ensure continuous improvement; ensuring alignment of
customer business strategy w/system enhancements; developing business concepts; identifying systems contingency plans; and reviewing and
approving implementation plans.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business
plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring
progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work
environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching
for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to
others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business
partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency & cost effectiveness;
and participating in and supporting community outreach events
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Technology or related field & 2 years' experience in systems, compliance,
analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in systems, compliance related field

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of supervisory experience.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or related project management certification.
